BEYOND FIT is a plant-based (Vegan) gym. Our coaches are all plant-based and so are a lot of our members. We are serious about training and focused on being the healthiest and strongest version of ourselves, without harming animals and minimizing our impact on the environment. You don't have to be plant-based to train at BEYOND FIT - You just have to train hard.
Our workouts are challenging, but you won't be training alone. Our group workouts are kept small in order to maintain a safe training environment and allows our coaches to keep you accountable. Although the workouts are the same for everyone (including the coaches), each person progresses at their own pace. All workouts and exercises can be scaled to meet you at your current fitness level.
We don't miss workouts and you shouldn't either. Consistency is key to making progress and we are here to keep you consistent and keep you progressing toward your goals. Put the work in and you'll see results. It's that simple.
